Being my first really major custom build I started with the angle grinder (of course). I cut a lot of metal off including some I needed. Frame was hooped and powder coated satin black along with the triple clamps. Parts fully rebuilt include motor, brake callipers, wheels. New wiring harness, coils,speedo, switchgear. Custom made seat, bucket headlight, front guard and hangers, alloy battery box, engine mounts, Lowered front end, Hagon rear shocks, delkevic stainless 4 into one, Original tank and side covers painted a one off shade of orange “prism fleck” and custom striping – every part is rebuilt, hand built or new with lots of cool small detail pieces.
