I pride myself on doing as much work as possible myself. That includes all welding, fabrication, design, wiring, paint, engine work, upholstery etc. The only things I didn’t do myself on this build was anodize the forks, powder coat, and hand paint the tire sidewalls.

front to backish: CBR600RR forks anodized black, CX500 turbo front wheel with Firestone tire that has “Bridgestone” hand painted on the sidewall to complete the JPS livery. KC Hilites LED headlight, Motone Switches and m.button in the bars. Hand made stainless clip on handlebars unified by stainless rods that flow out to hold the iPhone speedo, brake res and mirror. SV650 radiator with stainless pie cut coolant lines. Engine powder coated gold and black, honed cylinders, replaced all electrical components and water pump seal. Installed Barnett clutch plates and springs. Exhaust is TIG welded pie-cut stainless ending with Lossa Engineering mufflers. Twin VM34 carbs with UNI foam filters. Gas tank is hand formed stainless steel painted black with 24 carat gold vinyl decals. subframe is all handmade, stainless seat pan, closed cell neoprene foam seat material with gel insert. The swingarm is modified for the GSXR600 mono shock, I made the final drive “floating” to expose some of the shaft drive. Rear wheel is Euro model CX that has a 18″ diameter to match the front. To convert the rear wheel to disk brake I used a Tokico 2 piston brake caliper, made a stainless mounting bracket and brake stay. Rearsets are modified to fit and the complex shifter linkage uses bearings. I used 6 micro red LEDs for the tail light mounted in some honeycomb steel I welded into the back of the subframe. Underneath the swingarm there is a box housing the Shorai battery, Motogadget Munit Blue, solenoid and other electrical necessities. I think that about covers it!
