This is a vintage inspiration scrambler, using a “dakar” model that used to be a motorbike for spanish police. With the aim of making it much lighter visually and physically a lot of useless elements were thrown away and the use of small components and light materials were used:
-Engine rebuilt, cracked draining thread repaired in aluminium
-Aluminium gastank made out of 1.2mm thick sheet
-Custom steel footpegs
-Custom handlebar with integrated tiny electronic speedo speedo
-Full rebuilt electrics with new components, Motogadget bluetooth unit installed and tiny blinkers and brake lights provided by Kellermann
-Custom made front fender
-Custom made exhaust
-Custom made rear frame
-Modified cooling system
-Lots of small details also fabricated at the shop (radiator cap, detachable supports for mirrors, “floating” effect seat, speedo drive substitution piece, ignition switch cover, starter relay cover…)
-Lithium antigravity battery with custom steel case
