The front forks have been rebuilt with hyperpro internals and polished. Front brembo brake calipers from an Aprilia RSV mounted on one off brackets. The front and rear wheels have been cleaned up and polished.
The front mudguard hand made along with the aluminium mounting bars.
A new smaller than original chrome headlight.
Matching Aprilia RSV Brembo radial master cylinders, to do this we’ve converted the cable clutch to hydraulic. Aluminium reservoirs made for these.
New Koso digital dash. Clips ons mounted above the top yoke.
The engine has been totally stripped, all the casings powder coated gloss black then the engine rebuilt. New downpipes with a one off intermediate pipe to a blue flame exhaust can.
Carbs have a stage 3 Dyno jet installed, individual foam filters. Tayler spark plug leads.
The body work is all steel and now monocoque. Using the original tank the sides were cut out and knee indents made to go in…then extending the tank back to the one off tail piece, all steel.
A new aluminium quick filler petrol cap has been made for this bike.
The seat is black leather with blue stitching to match the paintwork.
New subframe made for the new bodywork.
This subframe now holds all the electrics out of the way.

Zrx1200 swinging arm
CBR1000r rearsets mounted on one off plates to the original foot rest mounting points.
A new wiring loom has been made.
The tail light is a led one that’s been frenched in to the tail piece.
The reg plate is side mounted for now.
All work has been done by us, November Customs bar paint and power coat.
