This bike started as only an FZ07 engine. I built a custom fixture and patterned the frame out of cardboard before cutting the 6061 aluminum frame pieces. No CAD was used to build this bike. The frame has functioning air scoops and also houses the headlights. Motor mounts and subframe are made from stainless tube. I sewed the leather seat with Moto gripper style pleats. The front end is off of a R6 and the wheels are Roland Sands Morris Wheels.
