I found this clock in a antique shop many years ago but had no ideas for a project until I was given this F1 half wing and hub. You can see the wing was not finished as it still has the machine marks in it. The wing was apparently used as a mock up for wind tunnel testing. So with a lot of rubbing down and polishing the finish was stunning. The base is made from two hard woods, maple and wenge. I know it’s not from a bike but I thought I put it in anyway.
