Engine had the 277* rephase done while being rebuilt. The back half the frame was removed to make room for the fzr400rrsp swingarm, 2015 R6 shock, and fzr linkage, then a custom seat tube was bent to fit the champion seat. Front end is from a 2012 ZX6R with big piston forks, a custom steering stem and upper triple clamp were made in my garage to fit the frame, and a CB550F hub was modified to use the kawasaki bearings and spacers, and line up a ducati rotor with a yamaha caliper. Headlight is an LED projector with the angel eye removed and a modified number plate. The tank is from a DT400 and was modified to accept a custom intank EFI pump. The EFI is run by a microsquirt ECU, and triggered by a 2″ 36-1 trigger wheel that replaced the advance unit. The throttle bodies are respaced 2001 gsxr600, with a custom drilled fuel rail, and the ignition is a pair of chevy LS coils. The headers are stepped and after the merge there is a wideband O2 sensor for the EFI, the exhaust is finished with a cone engineering 13″ muffler. Frame is powdercoated illusion cinnamon, and the bodywork is HoK galaxy grey. It rides on 17″ wheels with shinko 705 tires. Everything was done by myself except the powdercoat, boring the cylinders, and lacing the wheels.
