So… This is my MB5 landspeed racer project. Was planning on having it completed to race at Bonneville this year but unfortunately, it was cancelled. Internally, the motor has been highly modified. Shaved head, lightened crank shaft, internal rotor ignition, porting, etc.. Exterior wise, it has an extended swing arm, custom struts, internally lowered forks, steering damper, clipons, custom rear sets, rear brake linkage and other various bits. It’s not completely finished as I plan to have the frame nickel plated and do some final finish work. I am however leaving the tank/seat original. Hopefully next year I’ll be able to run in the M/AG 50cc class and get a record! ?
